BENEFITS

Blue spirulina may be used as an alternative acne treatment due to its antibacterial properties. This algae improves cell metabolism, which speeds up the healing process and prevents bacteria build-up. This algae is abundant in all vital amino acids and omega-3 fatty acids. It’s also one of the best plant protein sources, packed with vitamins B, A, K, and E and minerals such as zinc, iron, magnesium, and potassium. Phycocyanin is the main active compound in spirulina that gives this algae its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Spirulina is also a rich source of carotenoids which protect the skin from environmental pollution and UV light. Spirulina is rich in vitamins A and E. Spirulina’s detoxifying effects can help you effectively alleviate dark circles and dryness around the eye area.
White matcha contains high levels of epigallocatechin (EGCG), which aids the reduction of inflammation and even skin tone. The antioxidants present in white matcha also aid in the reduction of acne and increase skin elasticity.
Calcium bentonite is packed with vitamins including calcium, magnesium, silica, sodium, copper, iron and potassium. It removes toxins, impurities and chemicals from the skin, stimulates and increases circulation, refines enlarged pores, purifies and tones whilst lifting dead skin cells.

DIRECTION FOR USE

Mix 1-2 tea spoons into a mixing bowl and add warm, cold water or unblemished step 2 skin tonic, adding a little at a time, until you have a thick, smooth fluffy paste. Apply evenly to face and neck with a clean application brush. Avoid contact with the sensitive area of the eyes. Leave on for 5-20 minutes until thick paste dries and starts to tighten. Remove with warm water and flannel or natural face cloth. After rinsing, close the pores with a splash of cold water. Redness is normal, as blood flow increases to the skin’s surface. If you are wanting more of a deep cleanse, mix with hot water. As the warm fluffy paste is applied to the skin, it will open the pores. Use 1-3 times per week.
